Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 28, 2026

Website/Brand: MarketUnlock
Legal Entity and Data Controller: ActionNeuro LLC (“ActionNeuro,” “we,” “us,” “our”)
Effective Date: January 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ActionNeuro LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit MarketUnlock.com (the “Site”), subscribe to communications, contact us, or register for or purchase coaching, courses, workshops, digital products, subscriptions, or related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Site or Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Who We Are

MarketUnlock is a website and brand operated by ActionNeuro LLC, an Idaho limited liability company. ActionNeuro LLC is responsible for determining how and why personal information is processed through the Site and Services.

2. Information We Collect

A. Information You Voluntarily Provide

We collect personal information that you choose to provide, which may include:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (for contact and support purposes only; we do not send SMS marketing)
  • Company or organization name (for business customers)
  • Messages or inquiries you submit
  • Registration information for events, coaching, courses, or workshops
  • Billing address and related details necessary to process payments and deliver Services

What we do not collect directly: We do not collect or store full payment card numbers, CVVs, or bank account details. All payment information is submitted directly to our payment processor (Stripe) through their secure forms.

Providing this information is voluntary. Some Services may not be available without it.

B. Technical and Log Information

When you access the Site, limited technical information may be processed automatically by our infrastructure and security providers, such as:

  • IP address
  • Browser and device type
  • Approximate geographic location derived from IP
  • Security, performance, and access logs

This data is used for site operation, performance optimization, and protection against abuse.

C. Analytics (Cookieless)

We use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless analytics platform.

  • No cookies are used
  • No cross-site tracking occurs
  • No personally identifiable information is collected
  • Analytics data is used only in aggregate to understand site usage

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

MarketUnlock does not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or behavioral tracking.

Third-party websites you visit via links on our Site may use cookies or similar technologies. Their practices are governed by their own privacy policies.

4. Do Not Track Signals

Because the Site does not use cookies or behavioral tracking technologies, browser “Do Not Track” signals do not affect Site functionality. We do not track users across third-party websites.

5. Use of Artificial Intelligence

We use artificial intelligence (AI) tools, including large language models, to:

  • Assist in creating educational content
  • Generate or personalize marketing materials
  • Analyze aggregated or anonymized data to improve Services
  • Support internal operations and research

We do not submit your personal information to third-party AI systems. AI tools are used for content creation, internal analysis, and operational tasks only—not for processing individual customer data or making decisions about you.

If this practice changes in the future, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice. For information about our AI providers’ practices, see Section 10.

6. Email Communications

We use Kit.com to manage email subscriptions and communications.

If you opt in, we may send:

  • Educational content and updates
  • Information about coaching, courses, workshops, and products
  • Administrative or transactional messages

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not sell, rent, or trade email addresses.

7. Affiliate Relationships

MarketUnlock may include affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, ActionNeuro LLC may receive a commission.

  • There is no additional cost to you
  • We do not receive your payment details from affiliate merchants
  • Affiliate partners control their own data practices

8. Payments, Purchases, and Subscriptions

Payments for Services, including one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions, are processed by Stripe.

  • ActionNeuro LLC does not store full credit card numbers
  • Payment information is provided directly to Stripe through their secure payment forms
  • Stripe’s use of your information is governed by its own privacy policy

We may receive limited transaction information from Stripe, such as confirmation of payment, customer name, email address, last four digits of the payment method, and purchase details necessary to deliver Services and maintain records.

Recurring Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription:

  • Your payment method will be charged automatically at the applicable billing interval until canceled
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
  • Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for prior billing periods (see our Terms of Service for refund policies)
  • We retain records of subscription transactions as required for accounting and legal compliance

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails:

  • We or Stripe may attempt to process the payment again
  • We may notify you by email to update your payment information
  • Continued payment failure may result in suspension or termination of your subscription access

9. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide and operate the Site and Services
  • Respond to inquiries and support requests
  • Deliver purchased or registered offerings
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send communications you requested or opted into
  • Improve content, offerings, and user experience
  • Monitor for security issues, fraud, or misuse
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements

We do not use personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review.

10. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information in limited circumstances:

A. Service Providers

We use trusted vendors to operate the Site and Services. These providers receive only the information necessary to perform services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect your information.

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities as required by applicable law. Where legally required, we will provide notice within the timeframes specified by law and include information about the nature of the breach and steps you can take to protect yourself.

13. International Data Transfers

ActionNeuro LLC operates from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for cross-border transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or reliance on service providers’ certifications.
