The math:
- 1,000 visitors at 1% conversion = 10 customers
- 1,000 visitors at 2% conversion = 20 customers
- Same traffic, double the revenue
Conversion rate optimization is leverage. Every improvement multiplies everything else you’re doing.
The catch: You need traffic before you can optimize conversions. If you’re getting 50 visitors a month, focus on traffic first. If you’re getting 1,000+ visitors, CRO becomes your biggest lever.
